Supply chain professionals need to see the big picture and understand how money, people, information, processes, product, and technology interact. Global Supply Chain Management is a very challenging major that prepares students to recognize and incorporate the systemic and global nature of supply chain operations in the decision-making process. The curriculum focus not only on the core knowledge, but also on the essential skills, such as the ability to work in and lead teams, strong communication and organizational skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The sequence of courses and hands-on experiential learning activities will prepare you to see the interdependencies critical to effectively manage and improve performance, to think strategically about processes and technology, and to make ethical supply chain decisions.
